On complexity.

As human beings, we have become such convoluted creatures.

There are too many ropes and bindings between the brain, the heart, the lungs, and the nerves underneath the skin. And so, we have become a clustered entity of knots, each one becoming tighter under the multi-directional pull of the body. Consider this: no two parts of you seem to have the same priorities, no two can get along for even a minute as you try to get through yet another day. Eventually you're made of nothing but a knitted, contained, immobile mass: too confused to know yourself, too tired to figure out how you're originally meant to function. The strings keep your mind irrationally bound, the net they create is cast over your lungs - under captivity, they only expand to half capacity. You cannot breathe?  This is why.

The fight is the problem. You need to relax the way you go about this; know that the nodes and the strings should be carried in one parcel. Internal opposition is a blessing and should not be blown out of proportion. Be balanced, not contradictory. Be sympathetic to yourself, not critical. Don't leave one part of your being behind as you try gather the rest of it and move on. We are each given one set of values, one mind, one body, one life - under the condition of having one chance to make it work. Stop tying accidental knots and pulling yourself apart from inside. Be brave, and be kind.
